Helen J, Wall Street NYC | caught me off guard. The four frames that I ordered all came in mint condition in a tidy manner. However, the largest floating frame for a 36” x 48” painting was a bit too large and the brackets wouldn’t work. Now I am left to make my own custom brackets to try to make this work. Considering this was a $350 frame, this caught me off guard.

Thank you for helping me. I was concerned and wasn't at all sure if I could make the problem frame look as good as the replacement looks, but I'll give it a try and I'll let you know how I make out. In the meantime, I can proceed with the project involving the original frames.
